    • Once a loan signing order is received, we will contact the signer/client within 24 hours to schedule and confirm the appointment.

      Appointments are not considered confirmed until direct communication has been established and all signing details (date, time, location, and document readiness) have been verified.

      If we are unable to reach the signer/client after reasonable contact attempts, or if the appointment is canceled after scheduling, fees may still apply for time reserved, travel, printing, and administrative preparation already completed

      Invoices are typically issued upon completion of the signing unless other arrangements have been made. Payment terms are generally Net 30 unless otherwise agreed.

    Apostilles are typically required for documents being used in foreign countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention.
