  • After-hours appointments are considered premium services and start at $85, with final pricing based on time, location, and urgency.

    A minimum non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service fee.

    Standard notary fees apply per Texas law, along with applicable travel fees.

    After-hours service fees may include evening appointments (after standard business hours), early morning appointments, late-night or urgent requests, weekend and holiday availability, and same-day or last-minute bookings.

    All fees will be clearly confirmed prior to your appointment. Pricing may vary depending on distance, time, and service requirements.

    ProSigning Notary Group reserves the right to adjust fees based on travel distance, wait time, and complexity of the request.

  • After-hours appointments are available for urgent and time-sensitive requests outside of standard business hours. After-hours appointments are considered premium service and may include an additional service fee based on time, location, and urgency. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.

    All after-hours bookings must be confirmed in advance. Once confirmed, your time slot is reserved specifically for you.
